Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Staff Bookkeeper, you’ll manage client financials, ensure compliance, and contribute to our firm’s success. Enjoy a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 remote) in Indiana, with flexible hours to support your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Record transactions, process payroll, and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks, Keeper, and MS 365 Applications.
Prepare basic financial reports and monitor cash flow for clients.
Respond to client inquiries with support from senior team members.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all bookkeeping tasks.
Collaborate with the team to deliver timely, high-quality services.
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Keeper, and MS 365 Applications.
High school diploma; associate’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
