Key Responsibilities:

  • Record transactions, process payroll, and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks, Keeper, and MS 365 Applications.

  • Prepare basic financial reports and monitor cash flow for clients.

  • Respond to client inquiries with support from senior team members.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all bookkeeping tasks.

  • Collaborate with the team to deliver timely, high-quality services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Keeper, and MS 365 Applications.

  • High school diploma; associate’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
